Research teams are involved in far more than 50 projects, including cutting-edge studies with the Lokomat, a robot that may help people today with paralysis walk again; brain mapping, to determine how the brain activity changes after strokes; and creating a cyborg that connects animal brain cells and a robot inside the quest for much more functional artificial limbs.
